I'm looking into buying another mk1 vrs and I've come across an advert on Facebook that I'm very interested in.

This car seams to have had a lot of work over the years and I was wondering, does anyone know the history of this car?

Previous owners?

Previous work done anywhere?

Only thing that concerns me is the MOT, how did it get one without a cat fitted?

Thanks for that! I've looked through the MOT history and found that it's only failed 3/4 in the past but to something minor like tyres, a registration bulb, headlight bulb etc.

I've been in contact with the owner now, I'll ask him and see what feedback I get
