K03-052 &k03-053

Right guys i need to know is it the actuator thats different aswell as one is silenced and the other is not as i need to change mune again but in the past i put a 053 on and it held back power. But ive been told they are the same. Has anyone changed them and they been the same power out put? I did plan on changing the hot side as i have a 052 but hot side has too many cracks in it so rather than take the risk again was wondering about just bolting the 053 on
