Skodaless!

Featured Replies

For the first time in 9 1/2 years, as of tomorrow we will be Skodaless.

The Superb is going to a trader in readiness for my company car, and SWMBOs Citigo went a couple of months ago, replaced by a Kuga.

A BMW 1 Series is coming as a company car. It'll be odd to look out on the drive and see no Skodas. In fact, I got in my car to clear it out this afternoon and the radio was playing Simple Minds "Don't You Forget About Me".....

It's been a great car. Over 105000 miles of faithful service, and it's never once let me down. I'll miss it.

Still one way of thinking about it, only a couple of years purgatory till you get a chance to get another one....

How is the kuga doing?

Friend has a 1 Series, 120iirc, anyhow a 8hr sprint from sheffield to Torridon was easy and very comfortable. I would be happier with that than the citigo on openroads all day, well maybe not a 120 ;)

Another friend of my dad's keeps leaving his M135 on the drive... I keep thinking X-2Z1b.gif he'll never know ;)

The Kuga is great. Mrs W is very pleased with it. My BMW is "only" a 2.0 116d....
