Unfortunately not wolf whistles. Coming from the n/s rear door. Can feel air through the gap between the door and the roof, from the outside of the car when it's all fans blazing to defrost the windscreen.

I'm guessing a new door seal is required. How much are they from Skoda?

There are two seals. There is a self-adhesive one and the usual rubber inner door seal.

Yes 6Y6810957B.

 

It goes across the top of both front and rear doors and down the windscreen pillar and rear quarter pillar.

You might get the old one off easier by heating it with a hairdryer.  You will have to clean any remaining adhesive off the car before applying the new seal.

Hehe, easily done by knocking the winder handles.

If you never (deliberately) open the rear windows, do them up fully and then pop the handles off, easy fix.
