Vrs facelift front Honeycomb bumper for mk2 L&k face-lift

Hi,

This is prabhu from india, I have a mk2 2011facelift Octavia 2. 0 TDI L&k, i really would like to have FL VRS front bumper because i feel those drl leds & front Honeycomb grills looks stunning and pls advice, is it easy to fit a VRS front bumper on my FL octavia mk2?

I hope it is possible because the l&k already had wiring for both fog&day light, i can use those for vrs fog&drl.. But I'm not sure about the current rating of vrs drl and non vrs drl?

Fitting the bumper is easy as they are both the same shape and fittings.

The fogs should be easy to wire up using the existing wiring, might need a new connector.

The vRS LEDs will be the hardest. You'll need to run extra wires to the BCM as they have three connections not two. You'll also need to reprogram the BCM with the correct lighting configuration to fix bulb errors and get the correct DRL/dimmed sidelight behaviour.

VCDS can't do this, you'll need VCP/ODIS-e.
