Any help PLEASE....just failed mot because not all working

What happens if you revert the setting you changed in Carista?

Have you tried contacting their support to find out what happened?

If you can, get a VCDS autoscan done and posted. If Carista did mess something up, VCDS can probably fix it.

Might be worth adding where you are and checking the VCDS section for any local members who have it.

No codes at all.carista say it's not there software so at a loss.just want it to pass mot

With all computer controlled devices that work incorrectly, I just remove the power for a while and then reboot.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for half an hour?

Edit. You will probably have to reset the electric window lifts afterwards by holding the switch in the open then closed positions for a few seconds once the window stops. Repeat for other windows.

Not tried that I will give it a try

I used Carista to activate my front fog lights as DRL's on my 2008 Octavia estate and didn't experience the issues you describe.

Something isn't quite right here. Was anything else altered at the same time?
