Fabia sport 2005 1.2

Featured Replies

Hi, I own a 55 plate skoda fabia sport (not VRS). I understand these are fairly rare and I want to make some modifications to my car! I have things in mind i.e. Speakers, springs to lower, performance upgrades etc. I'm fairly new to all this so if people could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Buy a VRS ???

Buy a VRS ???

Maybe he can't afford the insurance for a vRS. Maybe he doesn't need a diesel. Maybe he's happy and wants to modify his own car his way.

Maybe you should come up with something constructive.

Christian; I found AP lowering kits to be pretty good; lowers by 40mm IIRC and maintains decent handling and comfort.

You can make it handle but you won't make it go.

I sold my VRS and went to a sport, it's a good improvement in many ways!

The seats are beautiful and really comfy.

It's a much nicer place to be, the smooth leather sport steering wheel, handbrake and gearknob

are better than the VRS. I personally prefer the grey roof lining and trims to the vrs's black which can make the full interior dull!

But aside from that.... I lowered mine on coilovers and fitted the VRS alloys and rear bumper so it looked the part.
