Hi, can you tell me what's needed for the front brake 312mm upgrade, is it pads disks and calipers or is anything else needed? Also is it a straight fit?

The whole lot needs to be changed.

 

New calipers and carriers, along with discs + pads.

I've never rated the brakes since I bought the car in September, had her on the rolling road today and it turns out she's running a healthy 172bhp with 312lbs of torque. I'd better make sure she stops properly now!!! Many thanks.
