I've seen a couple of F/L Yetis with LED Daytime Running lights that when the turn indicator is flashing, the DRL on that side dims to parking light brightness.

My 2016 L&K doesn't do this and I wish it would as I feel the bright DRL "hides" the indicator.

What does yours do?

 

I'm guessing it may be something that's programmable as I've seen several recent(ish) Audi, VW and Seats whose LED DRL does dim when turning, a local Superb taxi too, and I would think the same basic control system will be common through the VW Group range. Whether its something that a dealer can activate, or if its a VCDS job I've no idea.

Find someone with VCDS, it\s a pretty easy job to do.
