My car has broken down now 3 times requiring AA assistance.

The first time, can't complain as it was the car hire company that cocked up meaning the AA took me to a hire place that didn't have a car.....

The second time the AA sent a VW loader thingy with the small wheels that was too narrow to take my vehicle so I had to wait again for another type of loader ( the one with the hydraulic front wheel holder).

The third time it has to be recovered from my driveway. It as no battery power so I can't get it out of Park (DSG). The guy backed into my drive and tried to drag it onto the front wheel loader but he wasn't keen and he told me he wasn't allowed to try and charge the battery even though he had the gear on board. He gave up and even though I asked him to tell me what was going to happen I went inside the house to keep warm and he drove off......

I will bug the AA tomorrow to find out what is going to happen but the AA don't seem to be working out so good for me.

Škoda customer services don't want to know much. I can post my letter that I wrote last time (not about the AA but about the dealer in Bridgewater and their lack of concern) and the reply from a customer services 'Manager'.
