I'm new to this but i hope someone can help me.

we have a 2012 fabia with a quiet parking sensor speaker - the system works but has gone very quiet - that I cannot seem to find or work out whats gone wrong.

can someone tell me where its located and how to get to it?

Have you tried adjusting the volume when it's active?

On cars with Maxidot computer, you can setup sounds and volume through it, for front and rear parking sensors.
