As above then get some new springs,and I would probably get a pair of shocks too as they will have took a hammering if it's so low :)

Not on the rear, not necessary, they're just solid brackets.

There's a rubber insert in them but not sure they ever fail.

I changed my shockers over was very easy just spray every thing the night before with WD40
