hia just a quick one, does the front window switch just pull out ? its quite tight

Yes, once you have removed the top of the door handle.

 

Scrub that, the window switch pops off, then the handle slides.

Pull up the top handle part containing the switch to unclip it. There is a small hole underneath the handle to insert a thin screwdriver or similar to unlock a clip located at the rear against the door card.
