Comments For Remap Of Fabia Vrs

Featured Replies

I was thinking it may be good to start a thread with "reviews" of those who have had their furby vrs remapped.

I can think of Mr Peck (Jabba) and Techie (AMD) off the top of my head, but maybe there are more.

I know what's to be expected of a Tavia remap (the 1.8T), but would be interested as to what the "on the road" results are for the furby.

Also, please comment on what the adverse effects can be - OEM tyres to hard to be able to put all the torque on the road, steering too light under amount of acceleration, etc, etc :)

I'm not after a comparative of whether remapper A is better than remapper B, just a view of the handling and grin factor obtained after a remap, regardless of where it was done.

Please post your thoughts gents :D

Note: this thread is actually an attempt to give me an excuse for why I couldn't resist a remap before X-mas, so the better the review, the sooner I'll get me motor booked in somewhere ;)

Bah, knowing you Jason, you'll ask for a new "My Tuning" section on 12th December :p

[x-files theme tune] - How'd you guess?
