Hello

I found all  throttle enrichment valv is closed by tin.

Shall i open it or let as it is?

What do you mean by "closed by tin" ?

 

Do you mean that somebody used tin to plug the holes of the enrichment circuit? If yes, that is something new to me.

There is an easier method to disable the enrichment circuit (see photo). You simply install the gasket rotated by 180 degrees.

 

Referring to the effects of disabling the enrichment circuit, the car will have slower acceleration but the fuel consumption will be lower.
