Failed emissions on my mk1 1.8t.

Featured Replies

My Octavia has failed on emissions to the point it could possibly be a train in the shape of my Skoda.  3.45% CO fast idle.Natural idle 4.45%. I've worked hArd on this car and will continue to. Any help with this would be grateful right now...

Put some cataclean in the tank and go for a blast. Normally works wonders on mot fails.

Just a quick question to those who know. Will a MAF sensor throw out my emissions test? It's so over the top it's unbelievable. 4.57% CO.... Need some serious advice please... I've change Lambda sensors Preston and Post. And also a new Cat.

Take it your sparks are working well?
