Hi folks,

just a quick hello as i have just joined. I have been lurking around the site for a while as i'm researching my first Skoda buy. Currently driving a T5 estate which has 200k on the clock so looking for a change..... VRS estate would be nice......it has to be an estate to suit my needs....off to find more info on the TSI chain tensioner problems.

Re. Your T5. I had an interesting drive behind one a few years back in my 350Z. He was doing his best but not pulling away at all from the Zed. That was until he put his blue lights on

Hi Rich,

is got to be the estate for me......need it for the fishing....and i agree they look nice.....i'd go as far to say better than the saloons what colour's best is another question 

 

My T5 is a Platform 2 2000reg  ....the fat bodied one......auto as well......full leather 7 seater...its getting tired and i reckon i'd get more for the alloy's than the car to be honest. Engine is still bang on though so still mental when i need to use my right foot.......
