Hi all, I am looking to fit H and R 30mm lowering springs to my Fabia VRs Tdi (6Y) and need some advice regarding front and rear bump stops. 

Is it best to replace both with shorter bump stops and if so where is the best place to get hold of these?

Any advice appreciated.

Not necessary for 30mm, standard stops are fine if they're still intact, which I doubt.

Thanks for the reply. I think it would be worth getting some new bump stops beforehand. 

Is it worth replacing the top strut mountings while the struts are removed?

Yep, while it's all apart you might as well replace the top mounts and bearing on the front.
