High pressure fuel pump issues

Featured Replies

Hi guys cars in the garage as the high pressure fuel pump on top of the engine is running to high 145bar...... they have replaced it and it's still running too high.

All things are leading to the ECU but just thought I'd check to see if any one has any ideas.

Is that measured with a test gauge or the fuel pressure sender?

With a test gauge. As soon as he slackers off the bolt to the fuel rail wich drops the pressure the car runs fine.
