Personal SatNav POI onto 8" Amundsen

Hello,

I've had a 66 plate Skoda Superb SE Business for a while and I can't get my personal satnav POI working on the Satnav. I've been to the VW site and converted them onto an SD card. The Skoda satnav imports them as an update and will show them on the map when selected to. However, they won't appear in any destination searches so they're useless. Maybe I've got the naming convention wrong or something. I'm stuck for ideas.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, the SatNav doesn't seem to like destinations with full postcodes and doesn't seem to find many small streets in searches. Has anyone in else in had similar problems?
