Unfortunately posted on Fabia 11 site rather than Fabia 111 so apologies.
However, to repeat, my lad is due a first service on his newish Fabia and the invoice says 2 Free services included, presumably as part of the package.
It doesn't say what's included and he didn't enquire.

I don't have the bumpf with me, but I think it's just a minor (year 1) and a major (year 2) service.
