Had my Octavia serviced today and tried (unsuccessfully) to get them to upgrade the firmware on my Amundsen MIB2 unit.  I tried with:

 

"clock sometimes is an hour out when I turn on the car, I have to reset"

"Android Auto sometimes doesn't connect properly"

 

They foumd no fault so wouldn't upgrade the unit's software.  I can see their point (if it ain't broke...)

 

But wondering if a firmware update has any other benefits.

 

Anyone have a newer version of the software/had it updated?
