Upgrading to MFSW

So I currently have a standard steering wheel fitted to my pre-fl octavia, I have recently upgraded to the Columbus unit and will be fitting a maxi dot cluster to the vehicle in the next week or two and cruise control was already part the car, I am looking at upgrading to a MFSW, what are my options?

I quite fancy the Clio Wheel as it still has the VRS logo on the wheel (http://skoda.edgering.org/predni-naprava-rizeni/volanty/mf-volant-octavia-iii-rs-cervena-nit.html#prettyPhoto) Has anyone fitted this wheel to a pre-fl and other than the obvious controller upgrade, mfsw wiring and airbag what else is required.
