hi,I was recommended to sign up here for good advice.

I'm just about to buy a Skoda, 52 plate Octavia Elegance Estate 110 diesel with 90000 on the clock - before I sign the cheque are there any things I should be aware of on the vehicle that may be a problem ?.

The rear wheel bearings on my estate have just gone at 91000 (£250 to replace), the front suspension bushes are on their way out (creaking), the rear bump stops need replacing (shock sleeves falling down). I have engine issues too but that is on a remapped petrol 1.8 so you dont have to worry about those.
