Recent car issues

Recently I had several times an error pop on infotainment (the one that appears for a second and you cant even read it completely and then disappears).

My odbeleven shows this:

Another thing that I noticed recently is rough idle (not during regen). This happens only sometimes and I think only when the engine is warm. Also, I can see rev needle going little but up and down during this rough idle.

Not sure where all this leads but the worst thing is that I cant report anything to the dealer until the car actually breaks...
