is it Possible to use OPELTECH 2 and VAGCOM software on my MK1 Skoda Octavia
if so How do I do it?

VAGCOM yes.

 

Opeltech2  - no, its for vauxhalls/opels/gm europe vehicles.

 

Theres an entire sub section on VCDS/Vagcom here on the forum, so id start there

It would probably read just the engine EOBD "P" codes, but you wouldn't be able to do much more than that, VCDS for full code reading, altering settings (limited on a MK1)
