I've recently updated my Columbus maps to ECE2017, but noticed that there is a Bluetooth update (3.73.0) on the Skoda portal too. Does anyone know how I go about updating the Bluetooth software in the car? The only way I can find an update option is on the navigation menu which asks to update the entire 23GB maps again.

 

(The reason I'm after updating the Bluetooth is that I regularly get some crackling on songs when using Bluetooth and Spotify from my phone)

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Mine does the same, no fix as yet. What MY is yours?

Mines GY14, I haven't driven much yet to test the songs which it crackled on, but so far it seemed better (could just be wishful thinking though! ) Today or tomorrow I'll post whether it's improved it or not

 

I meant fixed as in I've worked how to update the Bluetooth

@ChrisWvRS & @SharpyyyI have the same crackling with Bluetooth, did yours ever get fixed? If yes,how? It is so so annoying. Fyi - I use Android but have the same with iphones as well
