Makes a change from Hello :)

Never owned a Skoda, but presently looking for a Roomster or possibly a Fabia.

Located Cheltenham.

I marshal and cover hill Control at Prescott Hill Climb. Mostly owned Land Rover products (and m/c) for the last 40+ years of driving, but gave up the 2 wheelers 7 years ago.  Got into Morgans some 14 years ago, but only owned for 11 years.  Not a fan of modern cars - too much electronics, but to be practical have to own one, though the present '04 Mercedes Coupe is going before it costs much more to keep on the road.

Hobbies: amateur radio, photography (mostly landscape/architecture), Morgans, Land Rovers and some motorsport support :)

Ex Merchant Navy Radio Officer, now in IT hardware...

I think that covers the basics.

Cheers,

Graham

Hi Graham, welcome!  Interesting and refreshing car selection there!  Hope you enjoy the forum.

Hey Graham!

I'm Sean from Ireland.  I love photography too ☺ had a 05 fabia 1.2 for the best part of 2 years. Great little car really nippy. Recently moved to a 10 octavia 1.6 diesel because of high milage and again it's an awesome car. Hope you enjoy the forums !

Thanks gents.

Love photography, been at it since age 10 or thereabouts. Not that I'm much good at it! Don't have an "artists" eye...

As for the car collection, well LR and Morgan have been in the blood for a loooooong time.  Unfortunately the little MB, while a nice car, is from the GM era - Google "C180k cam chain" for a clue as to why it has to go.  Fancy a Yeti which could double as a backup 4x4, but still too new for my budget, so to save any more knee issues  Roomster has to be next choice.
