My sat nav on my Octavia 2012 has locked on one journey & will not accept any new journey requests. How can I reset the sat nav of any ideas how I can solve the problem. Thanks

Try holding the power button in for about 30 seconds. I think that might reset it. Or failing that, pull the fuse and leave it for 30 seconds, then replace it.
