no display of ops in colombus

Hello I recently fitted a reverse camera, front ops and PLA2.0 to my Octavia 2011, all need some help my problem is :

When I press on the front activation ops switch P nothing appears on my colombus "the switch P lights up, colombus remains black only the time display", when going in reverse gear "my colombus displays the ops Front and rear 100%; What is the problem? I changed several firmware on my colombus nothing changed!

I changed my Columbus by another 3T0 035 680 k without mounted the reverse camera ;the same problem Only the beep and no OPS display and after I mounted the camera record nothing changed and the surprise I mounted another type RCD 510 without camera and I press on the front activation switch P Is ok very well "sound and display ops", is the OPS installation for a Columbus different from an RCD510 since rcd510 ok RNS510 no display?what is the problem thanks
