I think the knock I have going over big humpbacks etc from lowering then putting back to normal, is rear bushes ?

Not sure how difficult this is, looks a bit of a pig

 

I don't have the puller so probably not worth DIY

Highly unlikely to be the rear bushes since they're solid.
