ok, I am trying to organise an annual lakes camping do.... proposed weekend is August 4th - 7th . Please post your interest... will be at usual place, Dale Bottom Farm Keswick.

I'm in and can be flexible about dates.  Just got to organize a replacement gazebo... (if you could organise a bit less wind than last time, that would be good)

    I have just ordered a tow bar and we've put a deposit down on a caravan.

     

    Im guessing we will book direct for a caravan?

    Picking up the caravan on Saturday all being well (that the towbar electrics I've fitted actually work!) Although I'm scared about towing!

     

    So I'll make sure I make a separate booking for us. Will ask to be on one of those pitches at the bottom near you guys assuming he will stick us at the bottom of the field again :)

    New gazebo has arrived and new recipes being trialled as I speak...

    yes we need better weather this time! sunny and hot here right now! :o

    Our gazebo was recently taken to the tip. It finally broke beyond repair.

     

    I had already added some strengthening to it to protect against winds.

     

    I think it originally broke at the first brisky camping trip!

     

    Ah, good memories!

    havent informed the campsite this year, just turn up, book in on arrival, and meet at the bottom of the field :)

     

    OK, I should be there early Friday afternoon, as usual.  Hot dogs all round Friday night.
