getting a new Mk3 Octavia on pch on Thursday, its fully maintained and been told that Driverline is my go to for anything Skoda issues

 

ive never used this service so was just wondering what they are like?

 

i assume you call them when you have a puncture and they organise a repair for you? also when car tells you it needs a service, you call them to book one in?
