SE Sport (Seat Bolster Issue)

Hi ladies and gents I hope this post isn't a repeat of an other, (I did try to find it) I am having problems with the bolsters on the front Sports seats on my 2015 Rapid Spaceback SE Sport where the mental strip that attaches to the seat base frame comes away and the bolsters are lose, Sparshatts (who are not good on customer service) are having the car in to remove the seats to fix the problem on both front seats under warranty, my question is, is anyone else having a similar problem??#
