Hi All,

I have a 06 Octavia II VRS and the aircon compressor has failed and needs replacing.

 

Does anyone have any recommendation for a garage in the West Midlands that's suitably qualified and won't charge me the earth?.

 

I see that GSF Car Parts regularly have ~50% discount offers which seems to make the cost of a replacement unit a bit more bearable.

Try SAC at The Arches Coventry, all though I have only ever had air con top ups from them. There is a thread or two on here about the cost of replacing the condenser etc so it gives you an idea what deals people have managed to get if it helps.
