Whistling sound during the start, starter motor?

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Lately I have changed the whole cam chain set due to rattling sound on the start, apart from that there is one more sound that I hear, this loud whistling sound after the car starts for a second.

The video was taken 2 months ago because it is hard to catch this sound, so also you may hear the rattling sound, please ignore, just focus on the whistling sound.

It does not come every time I start the car but once in a few when I turn the key. I thought maybe the starter motor is on her way out
