If I remember correctly this is my car (Rob Clubley's old car) and the 'black trim' is just black matte vinyl wrap. I don't remember when he put it on but it is still on there to this present day. 

Yep, black wrap. There was an official Skoda set of black wraps that were pre cut but they haven't been available for years and we're expensive even when they were around. eBay for black vinyl wrap and go mad
