From Sublime to Ridiculous

Featured Replies

So we have been a very happy Skoda Roomster owner for the past three years, but it was time for a change - End of PCP etc.

Yesterday I signed across the dotted line for a Nearly New Octavia TDi VRS estate in Meteor Grey with the black styling pack, its an Ex Skoda UK car and has hardly any miles on it.

To say its different from the Roomster is somewhat of an understatement, as soon as I test drove it I knew I had to have it - it looks amazing and drives just brilliantly!!

We knew we had to get another Skoda and have been trawling Autotrader for weeks, our minds were focused by the used car deal in April, luckily the VRS popped up in the search on Friday, so Saturday I drove it and bought it!!

I will post pics when I get it on Thursday

Yes its a lot different (our other car is a Mini) will be sad to see the Roomster go as its been a wonderful little car, trips abroad etc and it did it all with no fuss at all - but I wanted something a little more exciting, it had to be a Skoda and that left me with only one choice really - just spent Months trying to find the right one - hopefully I have found it.

The Briskoda forums have been invaluable and really helped me, so am looking forward to contributing if I can!
