17811 is the EGR valve not doing what is requested (sticking).

01596 is fairly standard, recirculation flap motor/potentiometer fail; there are probably more mk1 Fabias on the roads with this fault than without it.

Battery voltage faults are common too. May be an old battery, may be a charging system fault. Check to see if the battery light comes on with all the other warning lights when you turn on ignition.
