I have a Amundsen/MaxiDot on a Yeti SE 2015

I cant seem to change the phone settings of my MaxiDot. If I am understanding it correctly, the manual states that using the rights side of the steering wheel controls, go to Main menu, scroll down to ‘Phone’, press the dial to select Phone then turn the dial to display a call list. However, when I turn the dial when ‘phone’ is selected then I get the message ‘automatically calling Alex’.  I don’t know who Alex is but might have been a friend of the Skoda salesman who sold me the car?

Anybody know how to access the phone menu? Or what ‘automatic calling’ is?

I have now found the answer to my problem.  The controls on the steering wheel are mostly for answering the phone only; to set up the phone you use the Amundsen's 'menu'. I was able to do a phone-only factory reset.
