Hi everyone. 

 

I need to download the latest maps files for my Amundsen system, however when I enter the VIN of the car it tells me no updates are available. I simply want to re-download the latest files to reinstall them as I need to fix an issue. Any ideas on what to try next or a different location to get the files from?

The portal appears to be broken (again). It is showing no maps for my Columbus. This happens occasionally and will repair itself in due course, just keep checking.
