Monte Carlo Body Kit

Featured Replies

Has anyone put a Monte Carlo body kit onto a VRS?

I think you'd struggle when you get to the front as the shape is wrong for the lower diffuser but everything else would probably fit. Rear diffuser would need swapping then it would just look like an MC anyway.

I quite like the body styling of the monte carlo though, never understood why the vrs didnt get the kit but the MC did.

Afterthought id say...

Probably because there was no need to add useless tat to supposedly show the rally insperation the Monte Carlo got which means show without much go.

The Skoda CEO was on about Sporty looks with wheels seats and plastic tat or stickers and affordable engines.

Fair enough, i quite like the look of the monte carlo tbf just a shame they dont have the performance to maatch

They look sporty once the on stilts look goes, they go OK with a remap and the drum brakes are no more crap really than the rear discs on the vRS.

It is nice to see a nippy one and there are a few of them around.

Nice that the Mk3 never went with the plastic tat, but sad they were not even make slightly warm.

Yeah I know of a few quick ones to be fair and as you say, get rid of the ride height issue and improve handling and there about there.

I'm certainly having one next after the Mk2 VRS (TDI one I think....)
