Does anybody have a diagnostic box thingy  in Nottingham that could help me out asap?

Also lost the spare key and now need it but what's the cheapest way to get a replacement, secondhand preferably, key cut and reprogramming it? Don't want to go to the dealership as they'll be extortionate prices.

Any suggestions greatly welcome.
