Citigo Move&Fun app. Keyboard doesnt stay for typing satnav address

Featured Replies

Hi,

Got my 75ps SE L yesterday and so far so good.

One thing.  Everything works fine with my Move&Fun APP on my Moto G4 phone except when I type in an address on the SATNAV the keyboard only stays on my phone screen for 1/2 a second meaning I can't actually type a destination.  The satnav itself works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Sean

Try reinstalling the app?.

Thanks, done that, no good.  I can put the address in when the phone is portrait as the keyboard stays, yet docked landscape it vanishes.  I'll email the APP developers.

Anyone know if there is a guide anywhere for the Move&Fun APP?

Cheers

Been chatting to support about my keyboard issue and they confirmed no manual yet but there is a video

Should sound come out through car speakers when using the Phone?

Cheers

Does on mine IIRC.

2019 Citigo, latest available Move&Go app on Android 7.....

- Keyboard disappears, although worked once

- Cannot remove previous destination

This an app developed by 3rd-rate software engineers and cynical Sales & Marketing people. None of them have tried the app, or possibly have never used a decent satnav.

I'll use my old SatNav....

Not had a problem with the keyboard but the previous destinations is a right pain. You could delete them on the PID but can't on the app. I had so many I had no choice but to reinstall the app!

Silly question but where do you put the address?

I have download the uk map but if I go back in the option to download the map is still there and I don't see anyway to use it

Tap on the magnifying glass top right and you can search for the address.

I can get the maps and directions to work, but can’t hear the instructions as they still come from the phone speaker. I can’t find any way to use the car speaker as it should.

I'm assuming you've paired the phone with the car via Bluetooth?
