Welcome.

Be careful online.

Do not give so much detail yet on the car or yourself.

You might yet need the Police or Trading Standards involved.  Who is the finance outstanding to?

EDIT.

I see VW Finance.  VW BANK......

Call them.

I've hidden the document you posted for your own protection.

1. Talk to the salesman, agree what you agreed in good jovial form, happy with the car etc, then ask about the why of the outstanding finance.

Call up as a new buyer if you sense they are ignoring you.

2. Pull up the sale/conditions any agreements made in the sale.

3. Good luck.

4. Check rights, not sure nowadays on car sales from dealers if there is a cooling/return period. If it's used approved etc...

In case you're mistaken, we're not skoda, skoda uk or anything like an arm or finger tip of VAG... I've had more than a few emails over the years about staff, cars, service and not just from the UK.

The document (I can see it) does show finance.

The finance shown is typical for any newish used car, dealers tend to buy all their cars on finance and then pay that agreement off when they sell the car. Very common in the industry and is nothing to worry about. The finance is known as Unit Stocking.

If you check in a few weeks, possibly this time next month the then car should show no outstanding finance.
