I've decided I want to fit the sub and amp I had previously fitted into other cars but can't figure out anything about wiring it into the mk2

 

Its got the standard quad lock connections and an RNS510

 

how do I link it the sub with line outs / remote etc?

Guess I'll have to have ago at doing this myself

 

Will check for the remote wire first so it can actually switch on and off with the ignition and go from

there.... probably be able to tap into the rear door speaker wires for a feed

If I were you try some of the vw forums far more focussed on helping with technical issues..

For anyone searching or interested. I spent abit of time today sorting the wires, I've got some very high end electrical equipment from an auto-electrician which helped.

 

I've got it all wired in working as it should so happy days
