Fabia TDI GGU Gearbox part number query

So, recently picked up a MK1 Fabia and noticed that the gearstick was really stiff and didn't spring back to central position.  Having done plenty of googling I have identified the problem as being the vertical movement.  Sorry for lack of technical description as I don't know what it is called.  Anyway, transpires that the horizontal tube had a build up of oxidized metal and the plastic sleeves were also degraded.  I've cleaned and greased and all works well without the sleeves but I do need to order some more.

So question, what am I asking for, if anybody has a part number it would be great.
