Exactly what is the design meant to be? ie the arrow with what looks like a bird on top. Or an "indian head dress" as i see it:confused:

My Skoda dealer told me it was a "flying arrow".

The current Skoda badge design is the second generation of the Winged Arrow badge, the first generation being used used from 1926 to 1990.
