Is the plastic surround around the DRL just clicked in ?

 

Any advice for removing this without breaking thinking of ting the DRL lights

But no clips, just pull off carefully.... oo er.

From previous, there fairly flexible and take some hammer. 

 

Put your finger in the hole and pull it...hehe
