I am a returnee after long absence form the forum, I have a mk2 2012 with a fast filling up swimming pool in LHS rear foot well I had this problem in my old mk 1 is there a solution for the mk2 please I need to sort urgently

I had this problem in my mkII octy but in the FOS footwell, it was a blockage in the sunroof drain, does your superb have a sunroof? 

What did you do to your other car to fix it? 

Had this on a Vauxhall Signum a long time ago.  The grilles at the bottom of the windscreen had a catch trough against the firewall.  At the bottom was a drain hole.  This was clogged with gunk.  The water had filled it up so high that water had poured in though the ventilation system that keeps you feet warm

I had a 2012 Estate. It had a leak into the LHS footwell which was eventually diagnosed as a poorly sealed windscreen. Once the new screen was fitted, the problem disappeared, never to return until I traded in the car earlier this year.
